Not working properly

We bought V15 one month ago and was not working from the first use. Took it to the service and it showed the failure in electronics. The consultant at the store informed that there were several such cases during one week, so it seems something is wrong with the quality of this product. We are not trusting this company anymore and currently are waiting for refund.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

V15 Detect Absolute

I own/have owned a V10 Absolute, a V12 Detect Slim Absolute, and now a V15 Detect Absolute. My V12 is less than 2 years old, but I really wanted the Reach Under Tool and a HEPA Filter andneither was available on the V12, so when the V15 came out, I purchased it. So far, I love it! It is definitely more powerful than the V12 and the Reach Under Tool makes it easier to vacuum under my bed and dressers. The HEPA Filter is a plus, as I do have allergies to dust and pollen. I really like using the "Detect" feature that helps me see the dust particles that are on the floor. I have found that vacuuming in less lighting makes it even more "fun" to use.

We've only had our Tyson for a couple of weeks, but it does a dandy job with cat fur and getting around and under furniture.

Great machine

My wife and I both loves this vacuum! We had tried the V12 and didn’t like button on top of the machine to turn on and off since we have to stop frequently to move furniture around to get to all floor surfaces and the trigger is much better to just stop the usage of the battery. The dirt and hair that this machine picks up is phenomenal! We love our Dyson products.

disappointment after six months

The vacuum worked fine for the first six months. After that you had to do a very deep cleaning every second use to make it suck. Plus, it's heavy. I do not recommend it.
It does have great suction and the green light shows everything! It is a little heavy. I wasn’t pleased that you actually have to attach one of the attachments just to attach the wand. It was also frustrating that the instructions never tell you this, you have to find it on a YOUTUBE video!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The vacuum itself is wonderful. However I did not receive the correct wand attachment and the red strip on the hair screw tool is peeling off. Luckily I have the wand from my old Dyson that fits.
