Hello, I bought this vacuum cleaner on November 30th, used it one time and afterwards did not work anymore! I had a video call with Dyson and it was established the motor was no longer working. I had to return the vacuum cleaner, and I am currently waiting for a replacement which will take at least 3 weeks! I really hope the replacement will work. Honestly is very worrying that a brand new vacuum cleaner for which I have paid lots of money will fail after just one use!

Constant clogs, constant emptying. This vacuum is such a hassle. We can hardly vacuum for two minutes before a clog forms at the inlet to the canister. Then, after we clear the clog, the cannister fills every 3-5 minutes and must be emptied. It does NOT live up to the hype.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this vacuum because my other Dyson was over 10 years old. This one works great. I love the green light for normal floors. I can see every speckle of dust. The battery doesn’t last super long and will drain quickly. The suction is super strong. On area rugs, the vacuum head will stop moving even if I adjust the head for the rug. I’m still trying to figure it out. What I really do not like about this vacuum is that I have to CONSTANTLY hold the power button for it to work. My fingers get tired and I have to switch hands. The dust holder isn’t big also so I have to empty it out frequently. When I am emptying it, I do accidentally hit the power button so the vacuum will start to go. It is a tad frustrating. If I had known about the power button, I might not have bought this particular model, but it works great.

My brother got this for me for Christmas. I have 4 cats 3 with long hair. The vacuum is great for picking up the fur. The green light makes it easier to see all the stuff on the floor and is great because it is easy to see where I missed an area. Easy to maneuver around and I’m able to get to places that the big vacuum can’t. The battery gives me plenty of time to clean the complete house tile and carpet. So nice not to have to deal with the power cord. The additional attachments are handy for a more complete cleaning. So easy I vacuum more frequently. Thanks

This V15 replaced a 6 year old V11. It's OK, nothing special. But, the battery life is less then my V11 and the 'brush' head with it's laser shows just how much debris is not picked up or is thrown back out.
The brush head cannot be stripped down enough to get dog hair out of the ‘fixed’ side of the roller.
And like most Dyson’s they do a pretty good job of cleaning and a poor job of field stripping to use an air hose to blow out all the dirt, which has to be done with these.
My biggest complaint with any of the stick vacuums is that you need two hands to use an attachment with a hose. They need a trigger lock for those times you need use an attachment and hold onto to something like the brush-dusting attachment.
Fun tip. We use the Downy dryer beads to help keep any orders down. One or two dozen beads keeps a nice fragrance when vacuuming.

I bought this vacuum at ABT Just over a week ago. After using the Dyson vacuum, I found that it does have great suction. It also has a variety of tools to enhance your cleaning. However, it’s very hard for me to use. The Vacuum is very top heavy because that’s where It’s placed in the charger. Also, you have to hold the trigger the whole time you vacuum. There is no on/off switch. Therefore, it’s hard for me to handle the vacuum. My finger gets cramped and my arm hurts. You can’t vacuum a large area because of the fatigue of using the machine with the awkwardness of holding the trigger the whole time and the weight of the top of the vacuum. I’m very disappointed with this purchase.
