Immediately said air blockage. Have cleaned many times. Also sucks too hard on the rug and hard to control

This machine is the bomb. Worth every hundreds of dollars. My floors and carpets have never looked this good, and it's effortless. A pleasure, actually, and I hate doing my floors. I mainly chose this vacuum because it's great for pet hair, and wow, is it! It is also light and reaches everywhere, under, around, and above. It's easy to empty. No mess. I can't wait to go vacuum the cobwebs in my basement!

Love everything! Great design, different levels of suction based on what you’re doing, it is not loud at all, easy to empty and has a long battery life - couldn’t ask for more!

I’ve been using my Dyson for a month now; my hubby and I are obsessed! For me, it’s the suction and ergonomics. There are very few places I can’t reach with the fluffy optic cleaner head; it’s so lightweight and easy to maneuver. It’s SO easy to do a good job without risking damage to the baseboards. And the optic green light is genius!! I vacuum thoroughly once a week and do a quick once over daily, and the battery has never let me down. I was really hesitant to spend so much money on a vacuum but I have zero regrets.

I bought this vacuum 2 weeks ago and I'm not very happy. The wand going into the main vacuum requires another accessory to be used and then it still doesn't snap in place....poor design in my opinion. The floor attachment with the led light is interesting. It emphasizes all the dust on the floor...never knew how dusty my floors were.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This Dyson actually makes vacuuming fun! We have a dog that sheds like crazy and the UV light on this vacuum makes it easy to see all the hairs. It’s incredibly satisfying to see how efficiently the hairs are sucked up. It’s also amazing for dust, so if you suffer from allergies, this is the way to go. Love it!
