I purchased this about a month ago. It has great suction and the green light is great in assisting you in seeing the dust/dirt. It’s a little difficult to completely clean the canister, debris gets stuck in the top part that requires finding something to scrape it out. It’s definitely a little heavier than my previous model but is quieter which is a plus. As far as the battery life, it lasts a long time and you can use eco mode if needed. I hope the overall battery life is better than my last models. I would say I am overall pleased with it but I think it’s over priced.

Bought this because my son who has this model of Dyson brought it to our house to give me an “in home demonstration” (and no, he doesn’t work for Dyson, he just loves his appliance!). After seeing how much dirt it picked up, and this is after I used my own vacuum, I was sold! It of course helped that the Dyson feels weightless and there is absolutely no strain to my back, my arm, my body. Who would think I would look forward to vacuuming!

Great replacement for our old ball Dyson. Performs just as good, takes up less space and I like the attachments. I wish the wall mounting bracket and tube holder had enough room for all the attachments that came with the vacuum but am very happy with the performance. The green light is a nice addition, a great motivator for cleaning, and an alarming surprise of what you think is “clean” or “not that bad”. Excellent compact vacuum.

We purchased our Dyson V15 about a month ago. It is a true game changer. It was initially embarrassing o see how much dirt and dog hair it picked up from surfaces we thought we had cleaned. It is quiet and powerful. The attachment for use on wood or tile floors has an amazing light to help see the dirt. We recommend that the attachment for the carpet have the same feature.

I never thought that much about these Dyson vacuums. But as soon as we bought the Animal we could not believe how easy to vacuum a room and keep house way cleaner. Then I read the review for the V15 and just can not believe how much stuff on the hard surface floor that the green light sees , that you will not see. We now have two Dysons, your house will be way cleaner because you are not moving a heavy vacuum and cord everywhere. I will not ever use another vacuum for our home floors. The green light will sho you stuff on hard flors that you will not believe.

I got this vacuum as a retirement gift. I had a B&D 20V stick vac I used before. I live on a farm and have laminate floors throughout with rugs here and there. Things I like about the Dyson- It has great suction, it picks up a lot more than the B&D. The battery lasts a very long time, long enough to do my entire house. The multi floor head picks up everything - dirt, hair, hay, leaves, small mulch, etc. I use it pretty exclusively on the floors because it works so well. The hair screw tool does a great job getting hair off the couch. We have 3 dogs and 2 cats so there's a lot.
Things I hate about the Dyson- There is no light on the multi floor head so you can't see what you missed. At this price I would expect one, the B&D even has one. You have to hold the power button down. It's easy to do but super annoying. I don't care about particle size. As long as the floor looks clean I'm happy. All this being said I like the Dyson better than my old vac but I'm glad I didn't pay retail for it.

I live in an apartment with hard floors. This was sorely needed. Just a few weeks but satisfied so far. Haven’t used all the features yet.

This is the third Dyson I have owned and they are alwasy well work the $. This is perfect for cleaning both hard wood and wool rugs! I replaced and older upright animal V model and am so happy I chose this one.
