I returned this vacuum - the power, maneuverability, etc., are great. HOWEVER, it still doesn’t have the on/off power button that Dyson has finally put on the less powerful V12. You have to HOLD the power button all the time. It’s not good for longer usages, particularly for anyone with arthritis, hand fatigue, etc. I’ll wait and replace it when Dyson gets an on/off button.

Good suction power vacuum and easy to clean. My only complaint is why would you not have an on/off button. Holding the button down while trying to hold a heavier vacuum (then I'm used to) was not a smart idea for saving a battery. That's on the user if they waste battery or have common sense to turn it off when done.

It’s actually way above expectations for all surfaces, except for what I bought it for. I did my research for a vacuum that could work on my very thick carpets. Even doing the low Eco setting this vacuum does not move well. So unfortunately, for my purposes, it’s kind of a fail. But otherwise it’s a super cool machine.

I asked that my Dyson be buried with me. I got it for Christmas and vacuumed until I got a blister. I’m cleaning the filter tomorrow for the first time - there’s a video on the handle demonstrating how to do it… what! Battery lasts a long time and it’s quiet. I swear the attachment for hard surfaces actually shines our hardwood floors. The light is magic you could vacuum in the dark. My grandkids take turns vacuuming.

This was a warranty replacement and the battery dies twice as fast.

Everything is great but you can’t use the V15 on dense carpet. Suction prevents pushing the vacuum.
