I purchased this item a few weeks ago and am very happy with it. It is excellent for vacuuming hard floor surfaces. The attachments are easy to use. It maneuvers very well and allows cleaning under furniture on legs.

Owned for 3 weeks now and we are impressed, this unit is strong and versatile. Green lazer is a plus also. Battery life is great so far and system automatically adjusts for dirtier areas.

I don't understand why there isn't an on/off switch for the green laser light on the V15 when it's a step up from the V12

Great vacuum. Picks up everything, but I can't figure out which attachment to use to vacuum front door mat that looks like carpet. Tried them all.

I was hesitant to buy a Dyson vacuum as I've heard from others that they do not last; however, we desperately needed a new vacuum for cat hair and litter and this one was the highest recommended. We purchased it for nearly half off and from the day that we put it together have been so impressed with the vacuum.
The different attachments are awesome, specifically the laser slim fluffy cleaner head and the hair screw tool. It's cool to be able to see the different particles that the vacuum is able to pick up. I also like the vacuum's HEPA filter is washable so that you don't need to constantly buy new filters. My only improvement suggestion would be to just have an on/off button instead of requiring the user to hold down the button while vacuuming.
We've only had the vacuum for a few weeks and as long as it doesn't break within the next few years, I'd definitely say that this vacuum is worth the money. Our apartment has never felt cleaner!
