I purchased this expensive item earlier this month (Dec2025). The battery is not lasting the 60 minutes advertised. The battery displays full charge when charging but as soon as disconnected the batter display half the full charge. Great device but the battery seem defected. I will most likely return the device.

I bought and tried 3 cordless vacuums which I returned all 3 because they were no good. I bought the Dyson v15 Detect cordless and I love it. It has great suction, is versatile, easy to use. It’s easy to charge, easy to assemble without reading the instructions, and works longer than any of the others I tried. I’m happy with this cordless vacuum.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good vacuum but harder to empty and have clean without kind of a mess. Should be a better way to get rid of the waste.

I also have the V11 that I bought 3years ago but bought the V15 because it is lighter weight and love the green light dust attachment . I bought it because I have hard wood floors and shows a lot more dust and hair than my eyes can see.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have only had it for a couple weeks, but I really like it and makes cleaning kind of fun! I live in a 1500n sq ft condo and I've never come close to running out of battery yet.

This is a fantastic vacuum easy to maneuver feels great in the hand you can zip this thing around and get under objects to clean kicks butt with dog hair

Why is there no power button?? Holding the on button with your finger is a TERRIBLE user experience, I'm shocked this would happen with Dyson

I have been very pleased with my new Dyson. This is by far the best hand held vacuum I have owned. I especially like the way the V15 empties. I have 2 earlier Dyson hand held models which had problems with emptying the devices. My first, V6, often opened which zones using it and the debris spilled over the area being cleaned. My second, V10, was difficult to empty and debris gets caught in the canister. I would often have to reach into the canister and pull out the remaining contents. With the V15 canister being detachable I haven’t experienced this problem. I also have a Dyson animal, which I purchased in 2010, which is still performing well.
I would recommend this to a friend!
