It could have been better described that you have to put in an attachment BETWEEN the unit and the stick. Had to google how to do it. Other than that it’s been phenomenal. Both the kids (ok not kids 18&20) are using it all the time now and the husband thinks the laser makes it like a video game.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I’ve had the unit for about 3 weeks. Does a great job overall. The green laser light to show dirt on the hardwood floors is eye opening! My only complaint is that it is a bit hard to get the longer tube off too get to the short crevice tool and brush.
I have always bought Dyson vacuumed and hair dryer. I love them and will not ever by a different brand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Seems like auto sometimes stops the brush from spinning when on rugs. Not sure auto is so great.

This is my second Dyson, I gave my first one to my grandson. Love that it is cordless, but I find the attachments challenging to install and release. I read all the instructions and there were parts in the box that I had no idea how to use. I also find it very difficult to lift it off the wall mount, therefore I'm using the plug-in port in the back and just laying the Dyson on a counter to charge.

This is a second purchase v15 purchase so we can have one upstairs and downstairs. We loved our first so we decided to get a second.
