Good suction, convenient to handle and charge

I got it a month ago. It's working great. My previous vaccume was a Dyson DC12 and it lasted 15 years without any issues. I have a heavy shedding dog, long hair, and little kid messes.
Pros: It has as much suction at the corded DC12.
It works on hard floor and short, dense pyle carpet, and average short pyle carpet. Also excellent for stairs.
It's low to the floor and doesn't suck up large items most of the time, which is a good thing, but will draw in dust, hair, and debris. It's not a broom.
The automatic adjustments seem to be on point and don't require a lot from me. The trigger is very responsive.
The filter is washable and long lasting.
Having the charging cable built into the wall stand is nice because it is always charged when I go to use it.
Once you get the pieces on, the switching of accessories is simple.
This runs for a long time compared to any cordless vacuum I've used. It has never died on me. I have a 1300 sqft home with stairs.
The materials seem quality. They are sturdier and heavier than other cordless vacuums I've used in the office.
In general, highly convenient and effective to use and I vacuum more often because of it.
Cons: the instructions have a misprint or incorrect information in the assembly. It shows the wrong attachment connecting the main vacuum hose and the dust bin/motor. Its not intuitive because of this and I had search for a video to figure out what was happening. It was a long process, but I eventually found something through blogs from other people who also thought they were missing a part upon delivery. Also, it seems that some deliveries have that part already assembled.
About the tube brush that fits inside of the main hose as a connector to the bin/motor ( essential info not showed in the instructions): is designed so that the bristles get very easily knocked back upward. So, if you need the bristles to help when using the hose, then this can be annoying.
The hose is narrower than my upright Dyson was, so things like toddler socks get stuck in the tube. Luckily, the tube comes apart in enough places to fix the issue quickly.
The wall mount should have a couple more spots for accessories. I've already misplaced a couple things because it's not with the vacuum.
The dust bin doesn't empty as well as my old Dyson upright. It requires me to dig my hands in and finagle things out. A person with bigger hands would probably need a stick or something (not included). This can be messy.
The up top rotating accessory was out of stock, or I would have chosen it. It should just come with the vacuum and the standard bristle attachment doesn't work well for a variety of things.
The regular vacuum attachment isn't good on rugs. It sucks the rug so hard the rug sticks and the brush stops spinning and you have to release and press the trigger to get it to resume again. There might be a better attachment I haven't used yet for rugs.

Fun to use, agile machine, thoughtful design

I am much more inclined to vacuum using this vacuum cleaner due to the stick design. The vacuum head attachment that meets the floor swivels and is agile for getting into tight spaces. Charging is effortless. With the green light on the vacuum head you can vacuum at night pretty much the same as during the day.

Love my v15 Detect

I bought this a year ago 2022 for myself at Christmas. It’s been a great investment as I am the VACUUM QUEEN! First off,its quieter than the competitions version.There’s no cord so no futzing with a plug. There’s how to videos on YouTube to teach you how to work it, how to save the life of the battery by letting the battery cool for 5 minutes before placing in charger. Then you’re not supposed to vacuum fine particles like fireplace ash or it will void the warranty. Be sure to clean the hepa filter found at the end of it, twist off, wipe, shake and rinse with water then allow to dry for 24 hours. The roller says it doesn’t catch hair but the ends do, but what’s nice about this one is with a twist, the roller comes off and you can cut out the longer hair and pull it out. The only thing I don’t like about this vacuum is the attachment removal and replacing requires 2 hands not 1. I use this on my tile floors, wood floors and I absolutely love using it on my car. No cords! Lots of perfect Angie attachments. I also love vacuuming in the dark because the infrared light makes it so easy to see the dog hair, lint, dirt, things you normally don’t see so I know my floors are totally clean after using this.

Loved that this vacuum definitely finds the dirt and is effective. The laser light is wonderful and so useful! Wish there was an owners manual in the box, I'm afraid it's going to break with the sound it makes on a rug

This is by far the best vacuum I have ever owned. It has great suction, is easy to use and it’s light.i love it, it was worth every penny.

Loving this vacuum. Bought this to replace my heavy canister vacuum that is just too cumbersome. The Dyson is lightweight and allows me to vacuum with ease and quickness.

I waited for the holiday sale and dreamed of having the Dyson V15, since it came out…. I was not disappointed!!! I absolutely LOVE the V15.. the powerful suction is exactly what I wanted. I do cat rescue and foster, which means cat hair!! I am in constant cleaning mode, so this tool is a dream come true for me!!! I talked about the V15 so much to my sister, she has multiple dogs, and she ordered one as well!! Thank you so much for making my life easier!!!
