I’ve had unit for about a week. It’s really heavy and you have to hold the button for it to run. It’s kind of weird how the hoses connect to the main unit. You can’t connect the hose direct without the extended duster. Which also means you can’t use the duster with the hose. Positives are great suction and easy to clean out dust bin.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I just purchased this unit and overall seems to be a well looking vacuum when hanging on the wall. It really work’s outstanding when using the boost suction setting but the battery will last about 10 minutes.

It’s descent , Is it worth the money ? No. I’d like to return it but Dyson is making it impossible to do so.

I have the particle count won't turn on and blank display issue after owing it for 2 weeks. I have a warranty claim in for a new main body, which I was told is out of stock.

I received this as a present and just love it! It is easy on my back and light to maneuver. The only complaint I have is that most of the weight is at the top and and can be hard to hold for very long.
