This was a gift - lightweight vacuum with attachments to clean. This vacuum’s battery last a great deal longer that the V10. I am very pleased with the performance to remove dog hair and general cleaning

The vacuum is very hard to push on carpeted areas and rugs. My area rugs push out of place due to the heavy suction instead of the vacuum gliding on top. I bought it solely for its light weight and ease of maneuverability, but have been extremely disappointed. Would not purchased had I know about this issue. My beloved old V11 started having issues with the motor pulsating so definitely wanted another Dyson but the new V15 Absolutely doesn’t compare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i have had this vacuum for 3 weeks and used it once for 30 minutes. First they sent me a new head part and that did not work and now i am waiting on a new battery pack. Each time it takes over a week to get the part. Maybe someday if the thing works i can give a review of how it actually works.

This is the best performing vacuum I've ever used. It is amazing on pet hair. The optic feature for floors works incredibly well. It's light, quiet, and easy to use. Two problems:
- The carpet tool stops spinning on thick carpets. You have to stop a restart the vacuum constantly to get it spinning again.
- The canister capacity is worse than a pregnant woman's bladder. You have to empty this thing every 90 seconds. They could have supplied twice the capacity and still maintained a good weight and balance.

This is my second Dyson vac. The first one is a V6 Pet. It’s about 12 to 14 years old. This new V15 is great. Super suction!!! It’s a little pricey but worth the money knowing it will perform beyond the next 10+ years

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is by far! The best vacuum I've ever owned. 100% worth the price! The only downside is now that I can see all the dust, I feel like I'm living in filth and can't stop cleaning

Best Vaccuum I've Had

This vaccuum has changed our household and I'm so happy. I have owned a cheap cordless before; it was dirty, the hair had to be cleaned out, and didn't do a good job. We now have hardwood floors, a big area rug in the living room, and 4 big floor mats at the doors, so lately I've been using a corded hand vaccuum. While it had good power, just the thought of plugging it in made me put off and put off the vaccuuming--until the whole house had dirt tracked in from the door mats. But this Dyson: has great power, does not smell bad/dusty as it cleans and is so easy to use that I find myself getting it a few times daily to clean up whatever mess is around (we live in the woods). The green detection light definitely makes us aware that there is more dust and debris on the hardwood floors than we thought. And even better: my son and husband grab it too and do some of the vaccuuming too. And it's quiet. We love it, money well spent. BTW, my mom has an older model of Dyson and it doesn't compare to how wonderful this machine is.

This is the best vacuum in the world. My parents love it so much because I actually enjoy vacuuming the floor. It makes vacuuming fun!! The light makes all the difference.
