Incredible Machine

Have only had this vacuum for 2 weeks now. We are almost using it daily, we have 5 Miniature Longhair Dachshunds and with the summer heat, they are shedding a bunch. After using the vacuum on our hardwood floors, you can walk around barefoot and feel the difference. With the Laser head attached, you can see all the dirt and hair our old vacuum left behind. This machine is INCREDIBLE!!!

Exceeded Expectations

I have had tge v5 Detect for about a month and a half. I ordered it with high expectations and it did not disappoint. I have a 2500sq ft home with hard floors throughout and several large area rugs. I also have 3 large 60-100 lb dogs that shed quite a bit. With the V15, and with daily vacuuming, I can clean the entire house on one charge, while only having to empty the container twice, once after the hard floors, and then again after the rugs. I thought the laser would be a gimmick, but it is awesome at showing you where you haven't been yet.

Have a different model Dyson for our previous house that had carpet, tile & linoleum. Our new place only has LVP flooring & I absolutely love the way the one power head lights up the floor so I can see what needs to be vacuumed. Does a great job. Highly recommend. No, I did NOT receive any consideration for my review.

I had a Dyson Animal corded vacuum for a very long time and was ready for a cordless upgrade. A friend told me about the laser on this model and the satisfaction they got from finding dirt they would not otherwise see. I bought mine and was so impressed I have demonstrated it to friends and they bought one too. It makes it easier to get my floors clean quickly and ai find myself vacuuming more frequently because it is so easy. Thanks!

Really Gets Up the Dirt

This vacuum gets my carpets so clean with little effort! I didn’t give it five stars because of two problems. It is very hard to detach the vacuum from the attachments. Also, it does not empty all the dirt out of the canister on its own. I have to use a pencil to dig it all out!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Soooo nimble and easy to use that i now vacuum often. Easy to empty the dust collection part too. Pricey, but this old lady and her old man love it!

Best cordless vacuum ever!!

Between battery life, suction, & the fact that the head used for carpet cuts up my daughter's 3 ft long hair, I'm really impressed! We used to have to pull her hair off the beater bar on our last model, and every other vacuum, for that matter. This one, absolutely nothing tangles onto the beater bar! NOTE TO THOSE WITH HIGH CARPET PILE: we almost returned it because on "auto" it sticks to the carpet & can't be moved, until we tried "eco" setting. Eco setting is PLENTY strong for high pile carpet & allows the vacuum to move freely. I have 3 dogs, as well. Carpet (& floors) never looked better!! Buy it!
