Excellent ergonomics; laser isn't a gimmick!

The overall design of this vacuum is so well thought out, and it's powerful enough, that you can easily replace your corded vacuum with this for a sizable apartment or small house. The battery seems small (averaging about 40 minutes of run time) but all you have to do to avoid problems is to divide your vacuuming into segments at different times of the week. The weight, the included attachments, and the overall design make it an extremely effective dust cleaning tool. It's not as powerful as a Dyson corded vacuum but with our previous Dyson we always wanted to trade power for better ergonomics. This is exactly what we get on the Dyson V15 Absolute. Pro-tip: the laser floor head and the built-in crevice tool are not gimmicks at all but hugely useful! Finds dust where you thought there was none. Great for asthma sufferers IMO.

My other vacuum couldn’t keep up with my 5 dogs. The Dyson V15 Detect has changed my world and the quality of my home. This thing gets not only the pet hair, but pet dander and dust and things I didn’t even realize! My next purchase will be the pet grooming attachment!!

Great for pets

This is a game changer. When I’m not home, I’m thinking about when I can go home and vacuum again - it’s a lovely vacuum. We have two dogs and one cat and accumulate a lot of pet hair - I couldn’t believe how much this vacuum picks up. It’s also super light with a great battery life.

Best vacuum I ever owned!

I would love to be a product tester. First Dyson in 24 years. It works amazing. The green light really lets you see the dirt you’re picking up. I don’t like the trigger, you need to hold this in while you’re vacuuming. Also I have the stand to charge it. This is great but the stand should have more features to hold the attachments.

Loving my new Dyson v15. Wow! what a vac. Only issue is trash gets stuck in bin but nothing a stick won’t take car of.

I have hardwood floors and 3 giant shedding dogs and this vacuum makes my life of keeping up with the dog hair so much more manageable! It is expensive but worth every penny.

Best Dyson

This is the 3rd Dyson I’ve owned and this one is by far the best one yet! I have 6 dogs, 3 that shed and after one use my house seemed cleaner. The attachments are great for getting hair off the furniture and the fluffy brush with the light helps me to get the unseen dust off my wood floors. I love this vacuum! Even my 11 yr old enjoys vacuuming his room now. Big plus!
I never write reviews but I hope I can help someone with animals
decide whether or not this is a good investment! It definitely is!!

Upgraded from V7 to V15...so worth it!

I've had a cordless V7 for years and have loved it (still have it, in fact), but the V15 is a whole other level. I've been able to clean blankets, couches, stairs, and floors so much better that I filled the first canister of my V15 _after I finished vacuuming the same area with my V7_. Wow!
