I bought this because my husband has inflammation and chronic pain. He had a good nights sleep after he used it. I’ve used it too for back issues, so I am happy with the purchase

This is our second mat. We have found that a short happens at the connector to the mat that should not happen.
It it a given that electrical parts always fail? You would think with advanced tech this could be taken care of. We appreciate your lifetime coverage to mitigate the obvious limited life span of this product.
It really helps my wife and her pain.
