So far so good.

I’ve used it 3 times. The first time it was on the lowest setting for 30 minutes just to see how it worked. It felt good. The next time on the lowest setting for 60 minutes, and today I went to the number 2 setting for 60 minutes and it really felt good. I have pain in my left hip and it feels much better.

I'm 5'9 and was concerned about the length. It was just right! Even heating, I tested with an EMF meter; the EMF output was too low to register. I only wish the cord on the controller was longer.

Not getting hot

Just received product. Read all the instructions.
I’m used to sauna so I started out on 6.
I don’t want to rate it until I give you a chance to help me out. However it appears I have to to get the product registered.
After 15 minutes it wasn’t very hot. Used a few of my thermometers only showing 100 degrees.
Turned it up to 9 and 25minutes later still 100 degrees.
Waiting for a call back to get this resolved.

Exceeds My Expectations So Far!

I’ve only used it 3 times and have been experimenting with temperature and other options. But the experience each time has been heavenly, and I’ve climbed out feeling energized and relaxed. The instructions provided are clear and effective. I’m looking forward to the more long term benefits as I continue to use it.

I use it bc I have an autoimmune condition and it really helps. I like that it goes to 170f.
