I use my sauna blanket at least once a week for general detox and relaxation. When I feel a cold coming on, I use it more frequently and have found it alleviates my cold symptoms quickly . A few times, when I have developed a cough, it has helped shorten the duration of my cough too. Definitely worth the money!

Used it once at 3/9 heat for 10 minutes, could definitely feel the heat and was very relaxing. Looking forward to using it more frequently, for a longer period of time, and at a higher heat rating! :)
