This Sauna Blanket is Great!

I purchased the rejuvawrap blanket after Christmas and have been using it for over a month. Yes, it makes me sweat and gets my heart rate up, which are fabulous benefits. However, the best thing about using the sauna blanket is the way it calms my central nervous system. Since starting with the blanket 4 times per week, I have been much more relaxed and less stressed, which is great considering I'm in an accelerated nursing program that is intense and all consuming. It's become a truly relaxing way to de-stress after a long day and give me time to myself. LOVE IT!
