I have rheumatoid arthritis so I have issues with inflammation within my body and joint pain. The sauna blanket help all those things and helps my body relax so I can sleep better at night.

Just what my body needed!

After a life of dancing, horseback riding, and 16 surgeries I used an infra-red sauna and loved the way it made my tired muscles feel. Having no room for a standup sauna I tried to find the right wrap for me. Not wanting EMF to cause any other issues. This wrap is sturdy, and the heat is the most relaxing therapy I have ever had. I absolutely sleep like a baby including my feet. I have high BP so I was worried about it spiking my pressure. It actually dropped it to normal after only 40 minutes. All blood vessels were open and blood flow was normal. I Love this blanket. It is just want my body needed.
