I am literally obsessed with this sauna blanket. I have two herniated discs and recently had a flare up, after 2 sessions my pain in the lower back is gone. It also makes me sleep like a baby. I use it every night and look forward to it. I feel like it helps with my anxiety as well. I can’t wait to see other changes in my body as I continue to use it, thank you for such an amazing product!

I have only used once and it know I will like it.
Looking forward to my next time knowing much more about it now.
I was hesitant to increase the heat and the time, but now know I can stay in longer and with higher heat and I know I will enjoy it much better than the first time.

Nice quality; looking forward to the benefits

This is a nice quality infrared sauna wrap. I am so looking forward to experiencing the benefits it can allegedly offer. Used it once, so far on a lower setting. Plan on using it every other day, and will bump it up a little higher to induce more sweating. Very good quality for the price.
