I haven't started using the sauna blanket yet that is why I want to watch the video first. I had purchased the LED red light & infrared light, I found the product is very sturdy. I purchased this to help me relax and rejuvenate my muscles since I have a physical job. It definitely helps, most times I fall asleep. Multiple levels of heat and a timer. Great product

I tried this product for the first time today. It was comfortable and I felt quite relaxed after 30 minutes. It too early to say if it will help with my joint pains but I am hopeful.
