Very relaxing

First time to use any type of sauna. Being 50 years old and working a job on my feet 12hr a day, aches and pains are a daily issue for me. First run was at setting 5 and 50minutes and there was a noticeable difference in the tension in my muscles. Looking forward to see how regular use affects my mobility. The sauna is easy to setup, and heats up even quicker than I expected. Would strongly recommend purchasing sauna towels (cotton waffle-weave that are sewed up like a sleeping bag) to help with cleanup. But even without, cleanup is simple.
