Great phone with room to improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Samsung A21 well over a year and it's still going strong even from the amount of time I'm using it to as many times it has fallen face down it has survived where other phones I had would not have. It's weakest feature on this phone is the SD card slot it use to be able to store and transfer apps from the phone to the card, but this model took that feature away. That is my only complaint.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I brought this phone 2 months ago and I it is super fast. I take less than a minute to download an app from the galaxy store. This phone also has RCS support so I can text (chat) with people over wifi.
