Plugged it in and works fine, had to adjust the dial a little to get it to the right setting. Like the size, never had much to put into a freezer thats why I decided to buy a small one. Thanks, it works just fine and am happy with it.

I needed a new chest freezer to replace my 40 year old one. I found the Element 5.0 through a local appliance store in my town. It was delivered on schedule and it works great. So much colder than my old freezer and uses a lot less electricity. We really like it.

Bought because I am buying raw dog food that needs to be frozen. Also buying some extra meat for household, so I needed an small freezer. This has worked out perfectly. One person can move it around. Simple plug in and go. I have had the freezer for 3 weeks, so can't comment on defrosting it manually.
