AWESOME ERGONOMIC FRIENDLY UNDER THE DESK MACHINE

Couldn’t be happier with this unit it is economically mechanically, friendly for under the desk gear, even with a key keyboard tray underneath your desk. The red light therapy is also amazing and it helped me appropriately recover from a major surgery in my foot recently. I do 10 to 20 miles a day while I’m sitting at my desk working it’s amazing highly recommend it works as described. The remote is super handy.

My knees love it

I am very happy with my lifepro, my knees are pretty bad and the cycling loosens them up with the no-resistance setting then I add resistance for a little workout. It's quiet and stays stationary on the carpet.

Great for post surgery work out

I am healing from a tibial plateau fracture. I had 2 surgeries to repair the fractures with hardware, and spent 12 weeks non-weight bearing. My knee was very stiff from non-use, but I wasn't ready for physical therapy. I got the AutoGlide Under Desk Elliptical Machine, and have been nothing but happy since I've been using it. The auto setting provides a smooth and easy pace, and I have been rewarded by improvement in my range of motion. Highly recommend!

I never much like taking walks just for the sake of walking. This Flexstride Elliptical allows you to exercise your knees, calves, and ankles the same way as walking, but without your body weight on them. The LED Red Light therapy provides warmth and penetration to the bottom of your feet .

So far we like it. Just receive it and set it up used it for 3 minutes and my hips and legs could feel it.
