Great device for when you are stuck sitting at a desk for a prolonged time or just vegging watching TV. I've used red light therapy for over a year and have seen great improvements. This gives me the ability to target my feet with the same technology.

Better Workout Than I Expected!

I thought this would be good, but it’s better than expected. I walk everyday but thought this would provide an added benefit. Set up is easy and the remote makes it easy to change speed or see progress. I could really feel it in my thighs after using the elliptical! The foot pads are generous and comfortable to use. Just remember, you need to be close to an electrical plug for power. Another great product from LifePro!

Hope you have carpet

You should have a huge disclaimer on the product page noting that it will only work on carpeted surfaces. This thing slides with every forward motion so it is impossible to use. Manual does not work at all. I cannot budge it at all because the entire unit moves before the pedals will. Huge waste of money. Annoyed!
