I got this phone after Years pixel phones and even an iPhone 13. Seriously, Samsung has done a lot to improve OneUI. Version 5.1 finally had everything I wanted. The S23 is the perfect size for me. It has stellar battery life. I can go 2 days without recharging some days. The processor has handled everything I do with power to spare. The look is amazing. You really did something special here.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago. The phone is amazing! It is the Samsung S23 with 255 GB. Everything in this phone works perfectly. I am a new user of Android, and have been learning how powerful the software is. I switched over from the Apple iPhone and have no desire to go back. Of course Android, being open source software, has multiple different programs for doing each kind of task. But, the phone itself is superb, has great battery life and seems to be really well made. THANK you, Samsung, for building such a great priduct@

My son got me this used unlocked Samsung 23 and I'm so happy with it!. It's faster, it's clearer, it even feels like a good phone if that makes sense. Im on my phone a lot and it has not dropped one of my phone calls yet! The pictures are clear and focused and this old lady loves it , I'm just sorry I didn't get one for myself sooner.

Charging port broke, no support

Just a few months after buying this phone brand new from a major retailer, the charging port is broken. It's loose, and super fast charging doesn't work anymore.
I can't schedule a repair because they need to validate my warranty. It's been almost 3 weeks since I submitted my proof of purchase and my warranty is "in review". Terrible experience.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I tried to get the S23+... but was unable to purchase that phone. So, I settled for the S23. The S23 has a smaller screen but the features are excellent.

It swam for around 24 hours and came out working.

I go through alot of phones since I'm in a blue collar utilies job. Most would say I'm very hard on phones. I've tried alot of different phones over the years. I've always been partial to Motorola. Hence I cracked my last one all to pieces went to find a new one and the sales rep turned me on to the s23 and I found it to be very functional for my needs and decided to give it a try. Over the last 7 months of owning it, it has worked well and I've been happy with it. Yesterday around lunch time I was working around a 30 foot deep wet well and had my s23 on my belt in a otterbox case and holster which somehow became unlodged and fell in the well. It was at the bottom of the well under 6-8 feet of water 30 in the ground for about 24 before I retrieved it today after sucking the wet dry to fix a pump issue. I thought for sure all was lost but to my surprise and the surprise of all the crew working it was still up and running. Speakers are alittle on the shot side but are still auditable just slightly muffled sounding. Called it and it still rang and screen was completely still working. Everyone was amazed. Dried the charging port and proceeded to charge it back up from 20 % charge. This phone has absolutely amazed me considering what I have put it through the 36 hours. It has made a believer out of me. To me the s23 with an otterbox case and a tempered glass screen protector is indestructible from what I've seen.
