[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I previously had an S8... I honestly liked it better. The camera is better on the S23, but its overall functions and battery life are not great. I also don't like that the ring around the camera when I get a notification was removed.

I had a Galaxy s10 5G before this, and I am disappointed in the performance of this phone. It is much slower when I play games, and drops calls constantly (an issue I never had with the previous phone). The camera is good but the storage filled up extremely fast an as someone who creates content, this is incredibly hindering. I expected more from the latest phone without having to get the top of the line upgrades, and will not have this phone for long.

If your Galaxy phone is experiencing low signal, or even no signal at all, you may be unable to connect to the internet, and its ability make or receive phone calls may be limited. Although the Galaxy S23 series lacks expandable storage options, like the addition of a microSD card, you do have cloud based storage options available to you like Samsung Cloud, Google Drive, and Microsoft OneDrive. After reviewing all the phones out there, including Apple, I chose the Samsung because of their superb performance. I previously has the Samsung S10 and had no issues with it, and from past performance with Samsung, this helped me choose another great product, which i feel that i will have no ossues with at all.

I've had this phone for a couple months and I like the fact that It is so small, it's horrible. It freezes all the time. Everything is up to date. While in my notes app it stays there for a couple seconds everytime I open the app. Phones are supposed to make things more convenient and faster. It makes it inconvenient and slower.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
