Unexpectedly Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn't expecting much of a update from my old s22. However, I was pleased when receiving this s23. The camera along with the battery life and sound quality is among the long list of improved upgrades with the phone series. I highly recommend.

Upgraded to get better GPS service

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Even after I upgraded from a 7 to a 23, I still have problems getting the lady to talk to me or she starts talking and then stops. I was told that it was put on "mute" when I didn't touch anything, so don't understand why I still have problems getting and keeping the lady to talk to me while driving. I can't look at the directions while driving. I need to keep my eyes on the road. I am 80 and disappointed that I am having this problem as I need oral directions more and more as I grow older.
