I feel the upgrade was not worth the exchange

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My phone no longer has the blue light feature. It flashes at me (screen glitch) when playing games only. Sometimes the 5G access with full bars takes forever to load and then it is the wrong program. The biometrics for finger print does not work with a screen protector on. When receiving my phone brand new in package they no longer issue the box port. My old s20 was way better.

Phone is pretty good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall the phone looks very nice and has an amazing camera. Downfall is the lack of an SD slot and low storage amount. You can purchase extra storage. The volume of the phone isn't very loud making it very hard to hear if you have it in a pocket or purse. On the positive it is very easy to use and has a good length of use out of the battery.
