Solid phone with no drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Previous phone was the A21, but the upgrade to the S23 was worth it. This one is slightly smaller which is the only real drawback I've noticed. Its faster, has better image quality, and apps run way smoother.

This phone is a great introductory samsung phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the calender, video streaming, gaming and music playing applications. Using the calendar app to help with keeping up with doctor appointments for myself and my children. Multiple video streaming applications are used on my phone. Love playing on the pre-loaded games on the gaming hub as well as downloading games to play on my device. Multiple music streaming applications are used as well. The volume is acceptable and not too static or too quiet, just the right amount of volume and clearness. I have recommended Samsung devices to all my family and friends.

Device reboots constantly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device reboots often and it appears to be happening when transitioning between wifi and cellular networks. I took it back to xfinity but they said that there is nothing that they can do. My opinions are to pay and have it fixed or buy a new phone. The phone is not even a year old.

Great interface, poor battery

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The touch screen and how smooth the phone runs are my favorite parts of it. It's perfect for my day to day work calls and calls rarely drop. The issue I face is the battery, it holds a charge for about 6 to 8 hours. It's not great battery life but still a decent phone.
