Outstanding Upgrade, for me!

It's the perfect size!

Storage is a plus and all the cool stuff you get just for having a Samsung phone 😁😊☺️💯.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my phone mainly as a phone and camera also occasionally streaming TV shows. I wanted to be Wowed by this phone, but unfortunately I am not. I have a very hard time using it as a phone in my home as well as many other places due to the exceptionally poor service. Other than that I find very little difference between the S23 and my old reliable S9. I had hoped it would at least have great storage capacity, but that is also not what I got. I am not a gamer, do not keep work files on my phone or even much music. I do have quite a few photos but did delete lots of old family videos. I have had this phone less than 2 months and the storage is already half-full. I am disappointed.

Depending on your region and environment, your device may temporarily disconnect from your mobile network or have a slow network connection. This may be due to your subscribed plan, access region, and mobile network settings. When you have some free time in your schedule, please be sure to check out the Samsung articles titled, "Issues with mobile network connection on Samsung phone or tablet", "Samsung phone has slow mobile data speed", and "Samsung phone has poor signal and cannot use data or make calls" for some quick troubleshooting steps that you can do in the privacy of your home and without any outside assistance. At peak times or in busy areas, towers may become overloaded, slowing down mobile data access. Make sure you verify your account is in good standing and service is active with your carrier. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Remarkably basic and overpriced smartphone. Feels and looks cheap. Does not deliver the expected performance. The camera does not take good pictures, you can easily notice they come from a cheap Android phone. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Battery life and service very poor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The battery life on the device is abysmal. Worst smartphone battery life I have ever had. Often need to charge it multiple times per day even in its first year of life. It also frequently drops calls or doesn't call in places where I should have service and others with the same provider do have service.
Good storage (though I don't utilise much) and the size is nice.
Overall do not recommend.
