I think my s22 model was better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I feel the s22 processor was faster am I had way less app glitch problem wish I was leaving a positive review but I have been a galaxy an galaxy note fan for years an you would think for the thousands of dollars I've spend over the years on new galaxy phone that it would get better maybe its just this phone but dout it my girlfriend has same phone an same issues feel like Samsung robbed my wallet on this model! 😓 I belive in truth an thats my feelings thanks for listening.

this product off/on feature is awful, so difficult

If you are finding the keyboard too small for your use in your settings you can manually adjust the size of the keybaord to a larger size. You can also turn your device from portrait to landscape to help expand the size of the keyboard while texting. In your settings app under genearl management and Samsung keyboard settings you can change the color contrast, the style of keyboard, and manually enlarge the size. You can also add text shortcuts if you would like to make typing that much quicker. With regards to the on/off feature you can also change the side key press from waking Bixby to turning off your device for quicker and easier usage. Not a bad phone liked my s10 better. Get the pluss

I upgraded about 3months ago don't get me wrong I will stick with Samsung but I'm not as happy with this one If you decide to get one get the pluss. Galaxy s phones are the best android phones,Ive been using since the s 3 and will get another Galaxy s in the future just not real happy with the 23. WIN SOME LOSE SOME.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not as good as my s10

Lots of bugs in software. Wifi won't work if you are within 12 feet of the router. Have done network resets and factory reset. Still does not work well. The only thing better than the s10 is the camera. I wish I never traded in my old phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Constant freezing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Along with the phone randomly freezing off and on, the Samsung talk to text is absolutely horrible. What happened to good quality phones!? The cameras good but come on now. For the amount that these phones cost, I want quality, garbage.

When you want to take a picture, your camera should focus on a subject when you touch it on the screen. If Tracking Auto-focus is on, your camera will be locked to that person or item for 3 seconds. Because it is focusing on one thing, it may seem like the camera is not focusing on the entire scene. This can be prevented by turning off Tracking AF. Cleaning the camera's lens will also help. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had this phone for a few days. It is supposed to be water resistant, but it isn't. We used a wet-install screen protector and it ended up causing water damage to the phone. (No, this wasn't user error, and the minimum amount of solution was used.) The phone worked fine, but it just wasn't as powerful as I had hoped. The battery barely lasted till evening with moderate use, and the call quality was mediocre. The camera was AMAZING, tho!
