Samsung phones aren't as good as they used to be

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm constantly having issues with the phones freezing or crashing. Performance os horrible. I used to be a hard-core fan but now I'm convinced they just care about their money. Phones are made super cheap nowadays and the price keeps going up. I used to recommend them to everyone, now I barely even want mine.

S23 a step above!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my S23 24-7 as I work 3rd shift in a hospital. I listen to music while performing my duties. I also use the clock alarms for deadlines as I work my shift and watch videos and movies in the downtime to help keep me awake on the long nights. It just makes life easier definitely ****

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The voice for talking text is terrible. I can't even use it. Everything I say comes out wrong background nose or not. To take a screen shot is ridiculous. Also, Careful if you hit, delete, everything will delete. Just not one thing. I do not recommend this phone to anyone I wish I would have never gotten.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Bixby may occasionally display an error message or not respond to your voice commands. Before anything else, make sure your device is connected to either a Wi-Fi or mobile data network. If it's connected but you're still experiencing issues, you will need to clear the data for all of Bixby's system apps. Check out the article titled, "Reset Bixby on your Samsung phone or tablet" to help resolve what you are experiencing with the voice command feature. Taking a screenshot on your Galaxy S23 is easy! You can either press and release the Side and Volume down keys to take your screenshot or you can use a palm swipe. You can capture an image of the screen by swiping the edge of your hand across it, from side to side, keeping in contact with the screen. For your convenience, I have included a link below that contains your user manual for your device so that you can become better acquainted with the features and settings of your Galaxy S23. Without knowing what information you are referring to being deleted and with not being able to ask you any follow up questions to what you have shared with us, I suggest reaching out to Samsung Support for further assistance. Amazing phone
