The seamless connectivity that my Watch8 provides me to such apps as Samsung Health has been instrumental in helping me keeping top of mind awareness on so many health related matters in a very positive way. Synching that with Galaxy AI made that process even more eye opening to discovering best practices that have helped me explore different health paths to explore. Galaxy I shared new training programs that were easy to follow at home and at my own pace. At times it feels like you have your own personal trainer working for you 24/7.

Life saving watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Galaxy 8 watch have great info for my daily activities. While suffering from a heart condition, I am able to monitor my BP constantly and my ECG my BPM. Very helpful in maintaining my health. My weekly exercise regime is also monitored. Most of the apps I have on my Samsung Galaxy S25 phone are paired to my watch 8. Let's me answer phone calls, make calls weather it's nirmal calls or emergency calls. I can see text messages and respond long with emails. A great piece of equipment do have attached to your wrist. Love the various watch faces to choose from. Never have to charge prior to 48hrs ir longer which is great. Love it. A life saver.

Love my watch, but the battery life is terrible! Doesn't last more than 24 hours! Also, they advertise you can take BP with it but apparently it is not available is the US. Stop advertising that as a feature if not available.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Can't get important features to work

I bought this watch to use features such as heart rate BPM and checking on sleep apnea .I still can't get sleep apnea to work even though I've got the watch on super tight and the phone plugged in .I've had it over a month and I still can't figure out how to do almost everything .very confusing for a first time user of Smartwatch maybe I should have got a cheaper one. I also have to charge the battery once a day to keep up with it .the display also won't print big enough letters so I can read it without cheaters .if there was a way you could show me how to use these features correctly it would greatly be appreciated signed disappointed
