It's great for everyday tasks like checking notifications, controlling music, and getting quick info from your wrist. The design feels light and fits well for most people.
The AI part is really good. It looks at your sleep and activity to give simple daily tips, like better ways to rest or exercise. You can ask questions using the built-in AI assistant, and it answers helpfully right on the watch. It feels like a personal coach that understands your habits.
Overall, it's a solid watch if you have a Samsung phone and want easy health tracking without complications. Simple and useful.

It keeps acurate secure logs of all your health data for you to share with whom you choose. It now even reads your Blood Pressure if you have a meter to calibrate with first.
With apps like Samsung Health, Fit, and Welltory you can monitor all your workouts and vitals automatically all by wearing your stylish Galaxy Watch 8!

i bought this watch on my heart doctor's recommendation. He wanted me to do EKG monitoring to check for AFIB. I use it for hiking, walking, tennis, pickleball and swimming. I enter my daily food intake and like the feedback and charts. The one negative is the battery life. I have always worn Fitbits and did not have to charge them daily.
I would recommend this to a friend!
