This watch is magical! I'm tracking my health better and it's brilliant to be able to answer a call on my watch! Kinda feel like a secret agent speaking into my watch - lol! I just wish the battery life was longer. I still have to charge it almost daily. That's my only issue.
I would recommend this to a friend!

poor sound quality on watch

the looks and comfort of watch is up to par however when it comes to quality using it as a phone, it is of poor quality. you can't hear people's outgoing message. it's either you can't hear it at all or it cuts in and out. and when you leave a voicemail message and you play back your message to hear how it sounds. totally poor quality. you can't hear it at all or bits and pieces and you can't even make out of it. Samsung needs to work on improving this aspect of their phone. the sound quality because it totally is garbage. I wasn't expect this with Samsung for being one of the global leaders manufacturing phones, smart watches. etc. Do something soon!!! upgrade software or what have you to satisfy customers and for your reputation to buy go down... down some more.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Greetings Aries, Thanks for sharing your experience using the Samsung Galaxy Watch8 with us. We value your feedback as we continue to improve the performance and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Speaker quality can become diminished by water or dirt becoming trapped in the speaker grille or interference from other Bluetooth devices. Be sure to increase the Media volume in your watch's settings and ensure software is up to date. Restarting both your watch and any connected headphones can also resolve temporary glitches, while checking for and adjusting equalizer settings or Dolby Atmos in the sound settings may improve quality. If you would like to share additional feedback with us or if you would like any further assistance, please feel free to contact Samsung Support. Thank you for being a faithful Samsung customer. - Debra

Significant sleeker upgrade from previous version I owned. Like the brighter display; colors are intense. Battery life is OK. No need to charge it everyday! Playing around with different watch faces and exploring a multitude of apps, tiles and notifications. Can't find a pickleball Samsung fitness app to choose though.
I bought it due to additional features and supposed slim design making it more comfortable during sleep, however it is actually thicker than my previous one and the new features are not super helpful - such as the antioxidant index which only measures beta-carotene, not retinol, and does not measure any other antioxidant levels. I do like the color and the fabric band, although the fabric band does preclude charging the watch on a stand charger as it won't make proper contact with the stand.

Howdy Addie, Thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts with us about your Samsung Galaxy Watch8. We appreciate your candor as we make every effort to improve the design and functionality of our product line. Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The Galaxy Watch8 supports monitoring your antioxidant intake by measuring carotenoid levels through its BioActive Sensor, not by tracking specific antioxidants themselves. Carotenoids are pigments found in red, orange, and yellow fruits and vegetables, which the watch uses as an indicator of healthy eating habits and overall antioxidant status. Although the Galaxy Watch8 does not support Wireless PowerShare, it does charge wirelessly using its own included charging puck. If you would like to share additional feedback with us or if you would like any further assistance, please let us know by contacting Samsung Support at your leisure. Thank you for being a valued Samsung customer. - Debra

Great watch, but with unfortunate tile changes

Overall, I love my new watch. It continues to track every I want. The new design looks great and I like the new smaller band adjustments. There's only one thing I don't like and that is the change in the tiles. While there are more options, they changed the size of some of them which I find annoying.
