It's an ok watch

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the original Galaxy 5 watch and traded in for the Galaxy 8 watch I do like that this one's bigger with the square look and it has the Galaxy AI features although I never use the watch or wear it it keeps getting unpaired from my phone which makes it difficult to wear when you have to reset it every time you want to put it on your wrist other than that it's a great watch.

Galaxy watch 8 is the ULTIMATE disappointment. I really really wish I would have kept my 5. This thing is the biggest disaster I've ever owned from Samsung. The battery needs charging every day whether certain functions are disabled or not. Connectivity to my phone (26Ultra) is trash as well. I am as loyal to them as the "fruit family" is loyal to their brand is but this watch is saddening & sickening. Samsung; somebody, anybody, PLEASE do better or send back my Galaxy Watch 5 😞😩😢😭😭😭
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This product has amazing features and battery life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From my day to day life I am a very active person so the measuring of fitness and heart rate, are extremely useful to me as well as the location tracking for runs. The features on here are amazing from streaming music on Spotify to the web browsing on YouTube. That feature alone pulls me into the watch. However after connecting the watch to Samsung phone there has been some connectivity issues as well as internet troubles. For example when I try to use my Galaxy AI it doesnt work because of lack of connection. Also sometimes maps wouldn't work because it says no location was gathered. Overall though the features for tracking runs, steps, and calories are amazing in my day to day active and gym life allowing to track all my exercises. Galaxy AI also allowed for a good anytime questions to be answered at a convenient press of a button.

Alternative to always carrying phone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this watch when I want to be accessible but it is inconvenient to carry phone. The audio is very good for calls. My biggest issue is battery. If you actually use many of its capabilities, the battery won't last half the day without charging and the specialty charger is inconvenient to have to bring along every day. It wont charge while wearing and you can't charge in a purse because it won't stay connected to the charger if not on a flat surface. My Garmin lasts all week even when I use it to track activities so it gets used more.
