[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Samsung 8 watch is a great accessory to the S25 ultra. It also makes tracking my health and well-being along with reminding me to move. I never thought I needed a smart watch until I got this one. Now I can't leave home without it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently upgraded my watch3 to the watch8. I have been buying Samsung for as long as I can remember and will always. I love my watch8 with the exception of having to constantly re-boot. The screen locks up and I cannot scroll. I can scroll using the toggle at the bottom of the watch but then cannot tap the screen to clear or open an app. Would have given a 5 star review otherwise.

Transitioning from the Galaxy Watch3 to the Galaxy Watch8 is a monumental leap forward. You have moved from an older Tizen-based watch to a modern powerhouse running Wear OS (with One UI 8 Watch). The biggest shifts include advanced AI health tracking, deep Google integrations, a drastically faster processor, and a refined design. Apps you download and install onto the watch can cause the watch to get stuck in a boot loop or not boot past the logo screen. Rebooting it should fix the problem, but you will need to uninstall any apps that were installed before the issue occurred. If the watch is connected to a phone, you must clear the data for the Galaxy Wearable app. If the problem continues, inspect the watch and charger for damage, and factory reset the watch.
