Excellent health features

I can measure body composition, antioxidant level, even check my blood pressure. It monitors all the stages of my sleep and how it affects my energy level. Overall excellent product that I always wear.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Galaxy Watch 8. I'm an advid runner that likes to listen to music, track my distance, and monitor my health. It is simple, sleek, and easy to use (I am not a tech savvy person). The battery life of this watch has been amazing. I normally charge it every other day when I am running everyday. I would recommend this watch to anyone looking for something to help with running because of it coaching feature. It gives a plan to meet whatever you goal might be and assess where you current are in fitness level. Samsung did a great job with this watch and can't wait to see what is next.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great for monitoring your health. You can track and maintain your health issues. Keep records of any anomalies. Maintain records of what you eat, when you sleep and sleep apnea. The watch reminds you to take your meds, drink water, and exercise. It also has Samsung Health AI. Galaxy 8 makes things easier to take care of yourself.
