Surprised on the size and speed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from watch a Watch 4 Classic to a Watch 8 surprised me, especially the size and speed of the Watch. Having something so simple and nice on my arm helps when im in those tight spots where im unable to look at my phone. Dont forget the Galaxy AI that is used throughout the day to author text messages and open certain apps on the phone. Dont forget the customary questions such as if it is raining or how much the price of certain stock.

Great First Watch for First Time Watch Wearer

Comfortable to wear all day long including sleep. Battery life is amazing and charging speed is amazing. Wore it in the pool with its water feature and it was amazing to be able to have it on while in the pool and not have to worry about it breaking

Galaxy AI adds real value. The personalized health summaries help me understand my sleep, stress, and recovery trends in a way that’s actually actionable. Workout tracking is more accurate, especially heart rate and GPS. I also like the automatic suggestions for breathing exercises when stress levels spike.
Battery life reliably lasts a full day with always‑on display enabled, and charging is fast enough that a quick top‑off gets me through the evening. Integration with my Samsung phone is seamless—calls, messages, Samsung Wallet, and media controls all work flawlessly.
Overall, the Watch 8 is a strong combination of fitness, productivity, and everyday convenience. Galaxy AI makes the experience feel smarter and more personalized, and it’s become a device I use constantly throughout the day.

I use it mostly to work out, I love how it measures from your heart rate to your sleep patterns. I've learned a lot of myself and I'm changing my bad habits with the help of this watch.
I definitely recommend it and will add it as a gift to my special people.

Having tap to pay on my wrist is a great feature too, it saves time just flicking my wrist down twice and opening wallet. It's amazing to know how I've been sleeping too and what stages of sleep im in and for how long. I always know my pulse and oxygen level. In a way it give me peace of mind.
