Worthy, capable upgrade. Highly improved Health

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had the Galaxy watch 2 and then the watch 3 titanium and waited until this last generation. The health features are greatly improved, the heart rate, EKG are excellent. The vascular load is an amazing addition. Antioxidant levels are a great Plus. The Wider integration with other health apps are Force multipliers as I use this to monitor family cardiac history. The screen is bright and responsive, battery life is amazing, microphone and volume are excellent when utilizing it for calls. All of the sensors have been vastly improved and every aspect of it is far more responsive and sensitive. I plan to upgrade to the ultra shortly because I do prefer titanium for durability. Galaxy AI integration is excellent and features can be accessed with a prominent icon right on the screen.

I've upgraded through 3 watches over the years && they've all exceeded expectations!!

This is the third galaxy watch I've owned and love three Health monitoring features along with the interactive lab features.
The number share option is fantastic when my phone is inaccessible and I can easily use my watch for texts and calls. Also, Galaxy AI makes interacting with my watch using voice commands so much more efficient.
I will definitely recommend samsung galaxy watches to everyone that is interested in adding a wearable to their mobile experience.

I have an autoimmune disease and so it is great to see how times of the day/and what I do influence my stress levels and cause flare ups when I thought it was all normal.I am learning about it and noticing what my triggers are daily through the app. Flip side, so expensive and should come with free headphones/earbuds.
