It helps me with my workout routines and makes great recomindations for a better experience overall. I love the better tracking of all my daily activities like my heart rate and stress, aswell as my sleep patterns. The easy controls makes this watch a great buy, it seemlessly connects to your phone or earphones and makes a great essental for everyday use.

Galaxy AI absolutely elevates the experience, providing detailed coaching on sleep, running, and load monitoring. Its fast, reliable, and perfect for overall health tracking. While the battery is better than 7, I still needs to charge daily. Considering thr AI insights, its not an issue.
