[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the sleep tracker feature on thus watch. Actually all the health features help keep me contracting throughout the day. I have been taking my medications on schedule. I used my phone for everything so this has become and extension of me.. I love having the pen as a feature and really love the screen size when I open this up.

The battery lasts alot longer than my watch 5 and I love how accurate it is tracking my temperature while I sleep because it helps track my bbt for me to add to my ovulation app. It also is great at measuring antioxidants levels. However, I haven't quite figured out how to calibrate it for blood pressure and that was one of the things I really wanted to use.

Great!! Except you have to charge it 3 to 5 times a day to keep the it on!!! The terrible battery life is shameful.

Galaxy watch 8 40mm, is slimmer, lighter and has more battery power. also, the Gemini AI is awesome on my phone but even better on the watch. lift your arm, press top button and get things done. I use AI to call my people, check on orders and check my health.
