Blood oxygen readings were usually off by 5-8 points compared to ring pulse oximeter, snd sometimes 15-20. Watch 7 is much better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the watch. The issue is it doesn't stay charged for a full work day. I can't figure out if something I can't find is running in the background. I haven't downloaded any aps or programs. I'm at a loss why this is happening.

I love it.I'm happy that I went with the 44mm perfect size for me and I love how you can decorate pretty much everything on it. I already have the Samsung Galaxy 24F. E and now I have the Samsung Galaxy tab. S ten light and now I have the samsung galaxy watch in silver best decision.I have ever made to completely have all samsung devices. And if you're looking at my review because you wanna get this watch, I would a hundred percent say, get it
I love the big face on this watch. It tells me everything at a glance. I have been having some connection issues with my phone, however, it might be switching between my vehicle and phone. My Galaxy 6 would connect to both and I could answer with either my hands free or watch. Could be some setting I need to adjust but I haven't figured that one out yet.
The need to recharge so often. My cheapo watch only had to be charged every ten days. Haven't figured out reportng system

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't worn a watch in several years. I got this to measure my steps to be able to turn it into my insurance for a discount. I got the watch and it auto connected to my health insurance app and it works great. It has a built in compass, which i think is awesome. It let's you choose the face or you can customize it. It works with my samsung S24+ phone. When I get a text, my watch will vibrate to let me know. Normally in my job you can't hear your phone make any noise and if I don't have it in a certain pocket I can't tell that it vibrates, but the watch will to let me know. It is great. It tell me the outside temperature, the time and date and battery life.
