I buy a lot of these because my husband constantly breaks them. The otter box cases are amazing (besides your phone getting scratched up from sand getting under the case), but these clips for them are fragile.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Sorry to hear your husband has had some recurring issues with the holster component of the Defender Series Case. Protection is always our top priority, and we do engineer those pieces to give way under a certain amount of pressure to make sure our Otter friends and fans don't get hung up in any precarious situations.

We're sorry to hear there's some sort of mismatch between your current OtterBox Defender Series Case and iPhone. Do you have either the iPhone 12 or the iPhone 12 Pro? Those are the only two devices that will work with this specific case.
We would suggest checking the Settings app of your device to determine exactly which model of iPhone you have. From there, any OtterBox that was specifically made for use with that one should provide an excellent fit for that trusted protection. It was no good I have a I phone 12 pro and in two weeks the belt clip was broken the phone was falling off the otter box belt clip so I loose my money.

Otter box products are tuff to withstand my harsh work environment I usually lay on them on the floor working and hang the belt holster on stuff and it usually takes a couple of good licks to break it and have to replace it
