I bough 3 new belt clip holster for iphone 12 and it broke after 1 week, the original broke after 1 month. Same problem the 2 little pin broke! Im otterbox guys maybe 10 years and never have trouble at all my belt clip holster! Very cheap quality Im desapointed
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I really like the holster belt clip but the only thing I don’t like about it is is the clip part comes on and off way to easy. I feel it’s to loose making it a easy target for thieves.

I bought a defender series for my new iphone 12 and it seems to "pop out" of the holster real easy. So I bought another holster and the same happens. I've always had an Otterbox on all my phone and never had an issue with my last one (defender for iphone 6 plus). Maybe it is the Otterbox case. Just not happy.

I buy the Otterbox Defender case for the belt clip. It's by far the best out there, but not perfect. Seems like it's too easy to catch a corner on something and it just breaks off. I'm no polymer engineer, but I would hope they could refine it a little more between flexibility and protection.

I had an Otterbox case and holster for my iPhone 6 for years and loved it. The phone was tight in the holster and I never worried about it slipping out. I now have an iPhone 12 and ordered a new Otterbox case and holster. The case fits great but the phone falls out of the holster. I ordered a new holster and although the phone doesn't fall out of it, it is still very loose. I am afraid with any shaking or working around on the construction site, the phone may dislodge.
