[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like seriously this thing is amazing it does it all! Even with me being a beginner this is so easy to use, to put together, and to get used to it. It easily does the job for me with hemming or a simple stitch. Love it!

The Brother 2340CV Serger has been making my hemming and serging so much easier .The machine is packaged well in box. Very easy to read and follow along with the manual for quick and easy start and set up. All the extra pieces and parts are included in the 2340cv. Instructions were precise and clear. I can not believe I have been sewing for so many years without a serger. I highly recommend for a beautiful addition to your machines.

Excellent quality, no issues with setting up and helps give a cleaner more professional hem or look to the projects we put together.

Need Easier Way to Get Tension Right

I'm still eager to put this machine to work but struggling with the tension.
There really needs to be a better way to get the tension settings figured out right away. It seems to be a delicate balance. I'm watching all the videos I can find and practicing on a variety of fabrics but have not found the sweet spot yet.

No frills workhorse

This machine is easy to thread and use. There is a learning curve. Once mastered it makes hemming circle skirts or anything easy.

Ok for the price.

Adequate for the price. Stitch setting are ready, threading fairly easy, but removing the fabric from the machine is difficult, needs improvement. Had to go online to get some tips for removal as the manual did not fit explain. Would probably go to a higher end model if I were to purchase again.
