best shower head.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this shower head is great! the water really hits and makes for a wonderful shower. I also really liked the shower handle that comes off. I would like to be a little longer, but other than that this is a great product!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought it was a pretty good shower head but I really wish it had a water filter in it too. I also wish you could have both shower heads going at the same time instead of just one or the other

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this product! It has 2 heads, 1 mounted and 1 handheld, and you can use both at the same time. The handheld sprayer is super helpful in trying to clean and rinse the shower! My only concern is how well it will hold up since the back and base are made of plastic.

Hello Cindy11 - We are sorry that you are disappointed. Federal, state, and local governments regulate shower head GPM (gallons per minute). The amount of water allowed to pass through the J-pipe varies depending on location and regulations. When used simultaneously, the total flow rate will not exceed the rated flow rate, thus you will have half of the flow in each shower head.
