Luxury Shower!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great product! I really enjoy it! The 2-in-1 feature is great! Being able to use both shower heads at the same time was a pleasant surprise! I prefer the shower wand over the rainfall as it offers the most water pressure.
Downsides are when using both showerheads it takes away from the overall water pressure. Also, this is not the showerheads fault but the 1.8 GPM (Gallons Per Minute) ruling from 2018. Since I really enjoy strong spray strength this shower head doesn't do it for me. Other than that it's an amazing product! The dark chrome finish is amazing too!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the showerhead with two flaws.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I totally like the showerhead, all the sprays, and the look. But it has two flaws.
The adjustments for the different sprays are opposite on the hand held unit versus the fixed head. I would think rotating the head from one spray to another should be the same direction on both heads. Humans are creatures of habit and operation should be the same direction on both heads.
Also, the hose feeding the handheld head will not relax and hang down. It is plastic and has a memory from its coiled position in the packaging. I hoped it would relax after having warm shower water run through it but it has not. The curves in the hose left over from the coiled packaging cause the hose to project into the shower area rather than hang down close to the shower wall.
It is a nice shower head but just doesn't quite measure up.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Almost perfect

I do like the two head design, especially the larger, rainfall head. It has a larger spray area than most hand held sprays. I also like the variety of sprays and the fact that even though it is a water saver, it feels powerful and does a good job of rinsing soap off. The hand held sprayer also has similar spray settings and feels powerful.
The one negative that stands out to me is the so called water saver trickle. In my previous waterpik shower heads, this feature really brought flow way down. On this model, I feel that there is still too much water spraying out of the heads (on both heads). It is NOT a trickle as it shows on the package. This may not bother some people, however living in an area plagued by drought, we really do try to cut off the flow while sudsing up. A built in shut off (to a true trickle) valve would have made this "perfect"

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Waterpik is the pioneer of engineering. We know that water is limited, and we need to save our very best. With the current regulations we have to go from 2.0 gpm to 1.8 gpm. This new unit was amazing and it has the same force as my old ones. The installation took less than 5 minutes, and they look great. I love the the 3 in 1 feature, and helps a lot to spray the whole body.

pros
1. we have low water pressure in our house and this showerhead gave the strongst waterstream of any showerhead we hve had
2. I have very thick hair and it normally takes awhile to get my hair wait and rinsed but with this showerhead I was able to do it quickly cutting back on the amount of water used
3. it has an expensive look to it
4. very easy to install

1. even though it is easy to instal the instructions are a bit confusing. it showed that one end of the hose should have ridges but both ends are smooth. apon installation I discovered it did not matter
