Died after 5 years with no warning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought a total Bosch kitchen set when we moved into our house. Everything has worked great so far until last week when the freezer all of a sudden quit and got hot. The fridge side also got hot later that day. Repairman said both boards are fried and would not guarantee the compressor. I thought about having it fixed until reading other reviews, but now I'm just going to cut my losses and buy new.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very Disappointed!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this almost 4 years ago to the month, and it has completely died. Repairman said there were two major components required and that it wouldn't be worth the repair costs.

Worst fridge I've ever had

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with a new condo and I HATE this refrigerator. Fingerprints whenever it is touched and very difficult to clean. That's just the beginning - I had a SMALLER fridge that held WAY MORE! Because this one is designed so poorly with very limited adjustments for shelving especially the door shelves.
Ice maker - splatters ice all over the place - especially onto my new wood floor that's not supposed to get wet. The water comes out way in front and drips when not being used.
The developer must have gotten a steal of a deal to put this trash in a high-end 'luxury' condo.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Agree! Worst refrigerator ever owned!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First Bosch and last Bosch I will ever own. Refrigerator came with the new house I bought. Here's a list of issues -
1) White plastic trimming around the trays in the main inside door come off all the time.
2) Trays - Plastic is very thin and cheap crack over time
3) Ice dispenser shoots ice everywhere, need to hold cup flush with opening otherwise ice ends up on floor.
4) Ice dispenser stopped working
5) Water dispenser stopped working
6) Hard to keep clean, show fingerprints on stainless steel doors

Avoid! Terrible! Absolutely not worth your time!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This fridge has been a problem frequently each year. Water in the bottom. Ice maker doesn't work right or jams. Frozen water in the back of the fridge compartment. Avoid this model and most Bosch products. They look great but perform terribly. Very disappointed in this brand and the whole kitchen group we purchased. The oven seems the only one to be decent. Dishwasher is meh.

After 9 years we have changed 2 Bosch refrigerators!!!!!
The fist (B20CS51SNS) stopped working after 3 years and the last one (B22CS30SNS) just totally stopped cooling after 6 years.
